The alarm goes off at 9:00 so that I have some time to prepare in my online class. After 5 to 10 minutes laying in bed, I get up and go straight to the bathroom. That’s when I start my minimal skin care routine.

I then head to the kitchen to have breakfast. I prefer heavy breakfast, so that I don’t need to eat lunch and my coffee. After breakfast, I get ready and do some of my assignments or activities. My online class starts every 1:25 in the afternoon then class break to eat and to relax, it ends with 8:00 pm. In my night routine, after my online class I I’m putting away the school supplies I used, before eating I’ll clean the room first. After dinner with my parents, I help clean the kitchen.
Go back again to my room then I usually scroll through my Facebook feed watch some Youtube or Tiktok videos. If I’m feeling it, I’m doing my school works, and talk to my friends. But, to be honest, after onlin class I am mentally tired so I don’t really feel like doing my activities or review the lecture. Before bed, I brush my teeth and list what I need to do tomorrow so that I don’t have to worry about that in the morning. If I can’t sleep I read a book or in my wattpad app after that, I set the alarm for the next day and switch the lights off, usually before 12:30 am. I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier but have not been succeeded so far.
